I'm Jo, a stroke survivor just over 2 years ago I suffered a major stroke but I’ve come back fighting slowly and now I've discovered a new passion in diamond painting which I absolutely adore, it helps me to relax and gives me a creative hobby to help reduce any stress and promote my mindfulness.
